There is free on street parking.

Please wait downstairs - somebody will let you in before your class starts.
I'm new! Do I have to be strong/flexible to start?
We believe aerial is for every body! We welcome absolute beginners and love being the beginning of your aerial journey!
No you don't have to be mega strong and flexible to begin with - we will help you build that over time (Check out our Strength & Conditioning class!). A certain degree of fitness is required due to the nature of the activity - but as we said we believe aerial is for every body!
If you're still unsure - send us an email!
Can I watch my child's class?
Due to covid restrictions on numbers of people allowed in the space we are asking parents to drop off and pick up from the front door at the start and end of class.

If there are special circumstances you would like to discuss with us - please email before hand.

All Aerial Dance Academy instructors hold an Enhanced DBS check and are first aid trained.
Do I have to commit to a course?
No! You can buy a drop in class ticket and come and go as you please.

Or, you can save money on a class pass and use them on any classes within the time frame stated at purchase!
What is an aerial class like?
Classes are 50 minutes. Every class starts with a warm up, followed by stretching and conditioning - then you'll work on skills appropriate to your experience and ability and we'll end with a cool down to ensure you don't ache too much the next day!
What should I wear/bring with me?
Wear clothes that you're comfortable moving (and going upside down) in, bare feet are best for aerial class.
We recommend you leave jewellery at home as you will be asked to remove it.

Bring a bottle of water and your phone to take some photos!
Can I just turn up?
No, you must book your class before hand.
Class sizes are limited to ensure plenty of time with the instructor and on the equipment.
Can I have a private lesson?
We understand a group class isn't for everybody - or you may just want some extra instructor attention to aid your aerial progression!
These take place on a Tuesday at 5.30 and a Thursday at 7.30.
