SJ is the head of all things competition squad at Aerial Dance Academy.

 

Sarah-Jane has been teaching aerial since 2016, specialising in aerial hoop & sling, and can be found in the team spin city instructor recourses. With an experience in competitive aerial, she has helped coach numerous students to compete at national level and judged at large competitions.

With a love of helping students unlock their potential of achieving new things, she founded the South Coast Aerial Tournament in 2023 for grass roots level competition with Michael. Coming from a gymnastics background she loves breaking down the mechanics of moves.
