What to expect...
We know turning up to your first session can be a daunting prospect, but we promise that you'll have forgot any worries as soon as the class starts!

Classes take place at the King's Centre with our fabulous instructor Mollie.



Each class starts with a warm up (that you may do with another class) and then you will break off into your separate classes.
Your instructor will lead you through some conditioning exercises (these make sure we're working the correct muscles and building our strength as we go!)
You'll then start working on learning some foundational skills, these are important as without these - you won't be able to execute later skills easily or safely!
You may then link them together into a sequence.​
