Two Ways to Start...

What Happens
in a Beginners Class?
You'll start with a group warm-up, including cardio, mobility and stretching. Depending on what's happening in the studio, this might be with other classes or just your group.
Then it's time to get on the equipment. You'll start with some strength and conditioning work, appropriate to your level, before working through beginner skills on your apparatus.
Your instructor will give you options and alternatives where needed. Some skills might take a little longer to get, and that's completely fine. You'll have time to keep working on them and build your confidence.
As you progress through the class, you'll start linking skills together into combinations and sequences with your instructor.
Then we'll finish with a cool-down before you head home.
What Can I Try?
There's more than one way to get off the ground.

HOOP

SILKS

TRAPEZE

SLING
Once you're ready, you can also explore acro, stretch & strengthen, lollipop & flying pole.
